I believe in challenging the system by creating a paradigm shift in how we, as a society, support healing, growth, and evolution. As our internal energy systems evolve, so will our collective experience.

Through my work in pioneering change in the status quo of health systems through practical, change making research and writing; mentoring individuals on their path of physical and emotional growth; and work in regulatory policy, environmental management, and non-profit consulting; I know that one foot in front of the other with forward motion is the only way to inspire meaningful progress, and create the opportunity to look back, from the future, with appreciation.

I also hold a private pilot license under FAA PArt 61 and a Drone Pilot license under FAA Part 107.
